Freshly fruity single-cellar white wine from Chassagne-Montrachet.

Method of preparation: The grapes are harvested by hand from a 1.7-hectare vineyard facing east and southeast. The soil is limestone and very little clay. The vines were planted in 1970, 2000 and 2002. The wine ferments and matures for 12 months in 50% new, 30% second-use and 20% third-time use oak barrels.

Use: With stewed trout and butter sauce.

Description: Ripe citrus fruits and creaminess can be found in the scent. The dry taste is balanced thanks to the noticeable acidity and broad fruitiness, and the intensity of the taste lasts for a long time.

Domaine Lamy-Pillot

Domaine Lamy-Pillot

Domaine Lamy-Pillot is a family farm located in Morgeot, Chassagne-Montrachet, founded in 1975 by René Lamy and Thérèse Pillot from Saint-Aubin, descendants of wine-growing families. Although both sides of the owner couple come from winemaking families, through creativity, ingenuity and hard work, they have had a remarkable share in the farm's growth to its current proportions.
