Refined Barolo from the Rocche dell'Annunziata plot.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes used for the wine are picked by hand from the Rocche dell'Annunziata plot in the village of La Morra, whose vines were planted in 1955, 1961 and 1999. The wine ages in cement tanks for 12-14 days, followed by another 12-15 days of maceration. The skins of the grapes are thus allowed to extract with the juice for up to 4 weeks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation takes place in 52- and 25-hectoliter oak barrels made by Garbellotto and lasts 20 months. Before bottling, the wine is allowed to rest for a while in cement and steel tanks.

Use: With fried duck breast and mushroom risotto.

Description: The sophisticated multidimensional scent has perfume, flowers and red apple. The dry taste is rich, noticeably tannic, but elegant, and the whole is elegant.

Trediberri

Trediberri

In 2007, Nicola Oberto, together with his father Federico and mutual friend Vladimiro Rambaldi, decided to establish a winery in the Berri area west of the famous wine village of La Morra, and thus Trediberri was born. The friends acquired 5 hectares of vineyards for the production of Barolo and four years later the farm's first wine, vintage 2010, was released.
