Terroir, production method and maturation: After the grapes are picked, they ferment in steel tanks at a cool temperature, protected from oxygen. The wine matures on its fine lees before bottling.
Use: As a companion to fresh salads and lake fish dishes.
Description: Henno's aromatic scent has flowers, ripe melon and a little almond. The dry taste is pleasantly fruity, balanced acidity and uncomplicated.
