An elegant piece of craftsmanship that refers to the old access roads of its area of origin, at the end of one of which the village of Villadepera is located.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected from 36 different plots located in the village of Villadepera. The soil is volcanic red, white and black slate. The wine ferments in cement tanks with the help of a natural yeast strain in whole bunches for 15 days. The wine matures for 12 months in 1000 liter French oak barrels.
