A dark-fruited malbec matured in cement tanks.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand in the areas of La Consulta, Vistalba and Pedriel, where the vineyards rise to an altitude of 900-1000 meters. The nurseries are hot during the day and cool at night, and the roots of the vines reach deep into the sandy soil. The grapes are sorted twice, after which they are gently crushed. With the help of its natural yeast strain, the wine ferments in steel tanks at 24-28°C for about 10 days. The wine matures for 9 months in cement tanks.
Use: With various meat dishes, tomato pasta or grilled vegetables.
Description: The aroma is dominated by ripe dark fruits. The taste is medium-bodied and the fruitiness is juicy, tasty and ripe. The tannins are pleasantly rounded and the whole is supported by plenty of acidity.
