Elegant and lively Dolcetto from the prestigious area of Dogliani.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are harvested by hand from the Bricco Mollean vineyard in the village of Vicoforte, located on the southern border of the Langhe. The vines were planted in the 1950s and 1970s. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks and lasts for about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in cement and steel tanks, and the wine is allowed to cold stabilize in cooled steel tanks. The wine matures in the same tanks until April-May.
Use: Multidimensional wine for light meats.
Description: Deep and aromatic scent with lots of dark small berries and blue flowers. The dry taste is very clean and the whole is delicious to enjoy even when young.
