Extremely deep and juicy German pinot noir.
Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand from the Grosses Gewächs plot of Im Sonnenschein, where Rebholz cultivates over 4 hectares of Pinot Noir. Some of the grapes ferment as whole bunches and the fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels for two years.
Use: Forest birds and small game.
Description: A deep woody and dark fruity scent, with oak spiciness as well. Intense and dry taste, which is refreshed by rich acidity. The tannin structure is very fine.
