White wine from the top plot of Puligny-Montrachet.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The vines used for wine grow on a plot of 0.17 hectares, which is one of the highest orchards in the village. The plot is one of the newest on the farm and the first vintage was produced only in 2017. The soil is very thin and stony. The grapes are picked by hand and lightly crushed before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in old oak barrels, some of which are new. The wine matures for 20 months.
Use: With sole meunière and truffle mashed potatoes.
Description: The fragrance has peaches and toastiness. The dry taste is rich and quite rich, and the acidity and minerality last for a long time.
