Fireworks of Mediterranean citrus fruits and herbs in the form of vermouth!
Terroir, method of production and maturation: The extract made from aromatic herbs and peels of various citrus fruits is macerated for several months. After that, matured sweet mistletoe, i.e. fortified wine, is mixed into it. The mixture matures in oak barrels before bottling.
Usage: Try as part of cocktails or enjoy with ice.
Description: An intensely aromatic and pleasant scent with sweet herbs and spices such as star anise, lemon verbena and bearberry. The taste is a balanced combination of round sweetness and bitterness. The aftertaste is citrusy and fresh.
