A sample of the Muscadet master's skill from the oldest, sandy plot of the house.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are hand-picked from sandy and granite soil from 50-70-year-old vines of the 4.4 ha Briords plot. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. The wine matures for 8 months in tanks on lees.

Use: As a companion to seafood, vegetarian dishes and young goat's cheese.

Description: The rich scent is aromatic and spicy. It stands out, e.g. aromas of pear, fennel and cloves. The aromas of the fragrance are repeated in the dry and acidic wine, but it also includes e.g. honeydew melon. In the mouth, the wine is fruity, fresh and mineral.
