Modern Pinot Blanc from old vines, produced with respect to Alsatian traditions.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The farm's grapes are cultivated without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and pesticides. The vines are 40–53 years old. The grapes were picked by hand from a total area of 2.5 hectares, after which the wine was gently pressed. The wine was aged in temperature-controlled steel tanks with the help of wild yeasts, after which it rested for a while on fines.
Use: A perfect general wine for Asian dishes, especially sushi. For asparagus, fish dishes, also for stuffed pig.
Description: A rich aroma that stands out with apricot, honey, freshly squeezed orange and a hint of white pepper. The aromas of the fragrance are repeated in a dry and clean taste, which is tempered by mineral and citrus notes.
