Classic Alsatian Crémant from the Meyer-Fonné family farm.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes grow on vines, some planted in the 1970s, some in 2009. Manual harvesting. Production using the champagne method. The first fermentation lasted until the middle of March, after which the wine was bottled for the second fermentation. The second fermentation lasted more than 2 months. 15 months aging in bottle. Dosage 2g/l.

Usage: As an accompaniment to Flammkuchen or Munster cheese. Of course, you can also enjoy it as an aperitif or with more conventional dishes.

Description: The aroma is rich in green apple and lemon. Crisp and clean taste, good acids.
