Meursault's classic lively village wine.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The vines used for wine grow in an area of 0.86 hectares in the village of Meursault on three different plots. The soil in the Les Forges plot is thin, stony and gravelly. The plot of Les Pellans is in the southern part of the village and is gravelly. Les Chaumes de Narvaux is at the top of the slope and very rocky. The plots were planted in 1986. The grapes are picked by hand and lightly crushed before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in old oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new. The wine matures for 20 months.
Use: For veal cutlet and cream sauce.
Description: The lively scent has both citrus fruit and a touch of flower. The dry taste is very fresh in acidity, classic and richly diverse.
