An organic white wine produced in the middle of Bonesvalls forests, which is made with minimal intervention.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are cultivated using completely organic methods. Harvesting is done manually. The wine ferments spontaneously in steel tanks at a temperature of 13-14 degrees. The wine is clarified with bentonite and lightly filtered. The name of the wine refers to sleeping under the sky in nature.

Use: A versatile partner for fish and seafood dishes, salads and vegetable appetizers.

Description: Viognier's aromatic bloom is balanced by Xarel-lo's poise and acidity. Dry and tasty whole.

The history of Can Tutusaus is as long as a Catalan church book. The first building of the winery was located in the Garraf highlands in the middle of orchards until 1729, when the then owners built a building suitable for wine production in the center of a nearby village.
