Ehrenfelser is a cross between Riesling and Knippelré, named after the ruins of Burg Ehrenfelser in Rüdesheim.

Production: Manually harvested grapes. After filtering, the juice is divided into two parts. One third of the juice has aged in new Stockinger oak barrels and two thirds in steel tanks. Residual sugar 7.9 g/l.

Use: For shellfish salad seasoned with citrus fruits.

Description: An easy-to-drink dry and cheerfully fruity Ehrenfelser, which is complemented by fresh acidity.
