A novelty rosé from cult producer Kamptal, which is made with very traditional methods.

Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes used for the wine are hand-picked from the Gumpoldskirchen area in 20 kg boxes. The shelters are 10-20 years old. Some of the grapes ferment in whole bunches, with the fermentation being spontaneous and taking place in large oak vessels. The wine matures for 6 months on the lees and sulfur dioxide is not added until bottling.

Use: Rose suitable for versatile gastronomic use.

Description: Dark fruity scent. The taste is dry and quite rich, and it also has a bit of tannicity, which makes the wine very suitable for the dinner table.

Austrian Fred Loimer is a wine producer striving for perfection, whose vineyards covering 80 hectares are mainly located in Langenlois in Kamptal. In addition to Kamptal, Loimer also has a few hectares of vineyards south of Vienna, in Gumpoldskirchen in the Thermenregion.
