A seductive chardonnay with its acidity and fruitiness.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are picked by hand and by machine. Spontaneous fermentation 50% in steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels. The wine matures for 9 months in 500-liter oak barrels before bottling.

Use: With fried octopus rings seasoned with lemon.

Description: The precise aroma is fruity and you can distinguish a ripe peach from it. The dry taste is ripe fruity, with oak barrel aging bringing width and nuttiness to it. Rich acidity and a long aftertaste.

Victoria's first vines were planted at Yering Station in the Yarra Valley in 1838. This cool climate area is particularly known for its aromatic and crisp pinot noirs, chardonnays and shiraz.
