Mixed garnacha of several small plots.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand From the 60-year-old vines of the nurseries located near the town of El Real de San Vicente, in the Mentrida area. The shelters are located at an altitude of 750 meters and their soil consists of sand, granite and quartz. One third of the wine ferments spontaneously as whole bunches, one third is extracted for a short time and one third is pressed immediately. The wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels.

Use: As a companion to light meat dishes such as tartar or terrine.

Description: The aroma of ripe red fruit is intense and attractive. The dry taste is medium-bodied, its tannins are refined and the abundant fruitiness gets hints of spiciness.
