Jordi Llorens' pure fruity blend of four grapes.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The soil of the vines consists of limestone and sandstone. The stems were removed from the bunches and the grapes were crushed in two different steel containers, one of which contained Garnatxa and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and the other Garnatxa, Syrah and Bobal. The wine fermented spontaneously with the help of yeast strains promoted from our own orchards for two weeks. After the pressing phase, the wine matured in steel tanks for 9 months and was bottled unfiltered.
Use: The perfect partner, especially for Iberico pigs.
Description: Purely fruity blend of four grapes, especially ripe blackcurrant. The nuances of violet and crushed white pepper bring a subtle nuance to the wine. A pleasantly long aftertaste.
