Golfers' own wine from a winemaker based in the city of Vienna.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected from the Bisamberg and Nussberg regions, where the soil consists of sand, loess and limestone. The grapes are macerated for a while before gently pressing. The wine ages in cool conditions in steel tanks, where it also matures on the lees for a few months.

Use: Versatile fish dishes.

Serving temperature: 6–8 C

Description: Fresh and typically herbal scent. The dry taste is balanced with youthful fruitiness and herbs. Fresh acidity and a medium-full mouthfeel.
