Classic Provence rose wine.
Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are mechanically harvested in the cool of the night from the limestone clay soil in the village of Pourcieux, which is located near the Sainte-Victoire and Aurélie hills. After a short cold maceration, the grapes are pressed and the wine ages in protected conditions in steel tanks at a low temperature.
Use: As a companion to summer vegetable dishes.
Description: The aroma is ripe fruity and you can distinguish strawberry and redcurrant from it. The dry taste is fresh, the mouthfeel is soft and the aftertaste is elegant.
