Lightly bubbly and lively Chardonnay.

Terroir, method of production and maturation: First fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a short maturation on fine lees. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized steel tanks at 18-20°C so that the final wine has a pressure of 2.5 atmospheres.

Usage: As an aperitif or as a companion to dim sum.

Description: The lingering scent is very clean. The dry taste is linear and acidic, with young citrus and apple fruitiness.

Mas de Daumas Gassac's nearly 1,250-year history dates back to around 780, when Benedictine monks were among the first to make wine in the area. Fast-forwarding to 1970, Véronique and Aimé Guibert are seen touring the area looking for a home for their family.
