An easy-to-sip Rioja red from Rioja Alavesa.

Terroir, method of production and maturation: The name of the wine El Guía refers to the guide. The wine is a mixture of Tempranillo, which is obtained from 45-year-old vines, and Viura, whose vines are up to 85 years old. The stems of the grapes are removed, after which the wine undergoes partial carbon dioxide fermentation in large steel tanks.

Usage: As is, in good company or with tomato pastas.

Serving temperature: 12-13°C

Description: The perfume's fruity and youthful scent features red and black cherries. The medium-bodied taste is refreshed by rich acidity, and you can distinguish spiciness and orange peel from the taste.
