A fruity rosé wine to sip from the South of France.
Terroir, method of production and maturation: La Tournée refers to enjoyment when friends offer each other a round of drinks. The wine series pays homage to traditional French bistros, where you gather to share moments with friends. The grapes used for the wine are obtained from the Herault and Gard regions in Languedoc. Grenache grows on calcareous clay soil and Cinsault on sandy soil. The grapes are picked at night, when they can be collected as cool as possible. The grapes are immediately pressed and the wine ferments and matures in steel tanks on fine lees.
Use: As a wine choice for summer barbecue parties.
Description: The fruity aroma has ripe strawberry and a hint of herbs. The dry taste is refreshingly youthful, fruity and pleasant in the mouth.
