A perfect and long-lived alternative to oak-aged Chardonnay.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from the Sonsierra Riojana, Albelda de Iregua, Montes de Clavijo and Nalda regions. Viura vines are 50-60 years old and grow at an altitude of 500-600 meters. The other varieties are obtained from nurseries growing at an altitude of 700-800 meters. After gentle pressing, the wine ages in 225-liter French oak barrels, where it also matures on the lees for 6 months.

Use: With rich flavors.

Description: A rich scent with a hint of toffee. The dry taste is driven by extremely rich acidity, precise and tense, and very long aftertaste. Promising maturation potential.
