A wine made for the delicacies of the elite kitchen.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are obtained from local producers who cultivate their orchards on soils rich in lime and clay. The grapes are macerated and fermented for 3-4 weeks. Oak maturation for almost 12 months.

Use: with Tauno Palo's creamy onion steak and fried potatoes.

Description: The scent is deeply berry, with distinct aromas of blueberry and blackberry. The dry taste is medium-bodied, the tannins are noticeable but ripe, and the whole is diversified by fresh acidity and the spiciness of oak.
