Dit Celler's rich red wine is a tribute to the roe deer in the forests of Montsanti.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes come from 20-35-year-old vines that grow on limestone soil. The wine is made from start to finish using organic methods. The wine ferments in steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation and in concrete tanks for malolactic fermentation. The wine matured for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Use: An excellent general wine for spicy meat dishes and matured cheeses.

Description: Aromatic spiciness such as rosemary and lavender and plenty of red fruitiness. Relatively rich taste, neat structure and good acid balance.
