A presentation of three villages and three grapes about the farm's potential.
Terroir, production method and maturation: Chardonnay comes from Sezanne, Pinot Noir from Avenay Val d'Or and Meunier From the villages of Cuis. The base wine is vintage 2018 and the 30% reserve wine dates back to 1986. The base wine matures on the lees for 8 months and is not clarified or filtered. After the second fermentation, the wine matures on the lees for a couple of years, and a 3 g/l dosage is added during recorking.
Use: A very versatile and personal champagne.
Description: The scent is appley, slightly toasty and lively. The taste is very dry, supported by appreciable acidity, and in its layers, it is apple-roasted.
