Creamy white wine from the village of Meursault.
Terroir, method of production and maturation: The grapes are hand-picked from a 2.5-hectare vineyard below the village of Meursault, planted in the 1960s. The shelter is located at an altitude of 230 meters and the soil is typical for Burgundy of limestone clay. After pressing, the wine settles in a cool place for two days, and then ferments spontaneously in oak barrels. The wine matures in barrels for 18 months. 15% of the barrels are new. The wine is not clarified or filtered.
Use: With fried lamb chops and a creamy sauce.
Description: The rich aroma is ripe fruity and gently toasty. The rich mouthfeel is creamy and round and the acidity is moderate.
