Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes used for the wine are obtained from several different plots in La Chantada. The wine ages spontaneously in whole bunches in large oak barrels. The wine matures for a year in oak barrels and 500-liter barrels. The wine is not clarified, but it is lightly filtered before bottling.

Use: With tartare, charcuterie variety and ground terrine.

Description: The aromatic scent has dark fruit and peppery spiciness. The medium-bodied taste is juicy fruity and playful spiciness and fresh acidity make it delightfully lively to sip.
