Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are cultivated using completely organic methods. Harvesting is done manually. The wine macerates and ferments spontaneously with the skins in clay vessels, where it also matures with the skins for 8 months.

Use: An incredibly versatile food wine.

Description: Dense aroma with intense citrus, roasted almonds and herbs. The dry taste is robust, broad creamy, and slightly drying in the mouthfeel.

The history of Can Tutusaus is as long as a Catalan church book. The first building of the winery was located in the Garraf highlands in the middle of orchards until 1729, when the then owners built a building suitable for wine production in the center of a nearby village.
