Rich champagne made from red grapes.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected from the Montagne de Reims, Sud d'Epernay, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Bars regions from the producer's own orchards. The base wine is aged in steel tanks at 18-20°C and 1/3 of the reserve wine is added to it. After the second fermentation, the wine matures on the lees for a long time before recorking. Dosage 11 g/l.

Use: As a partner for roasted goose breast and french fries.

Description: The aroma has red apple and a hint of toastiness. The dry taste is densely fruity, rich in mousse, and overall well-balanced.

Champagne Montaudon

Champagne Montaudon

The history of the Montaudon champagne estate began in 1891, when Auguste-Louis Montaudon, a cellar master from Epernay, founded the estate bearing his family's name. For four generations, the farm was taken care of by the descendants of the family, during which time the farm was known, among other things, as a sponsor of the Tour de France and as the house champagne of a Parisian cabaret.
