Semi-dry white wine from a biodynamic producer.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are hand-harvested from the south-facing Seeberg vineyard, where the soil is schist and limestone. The vines were planted in 1995. After 13 hours of skin contact, the grapes are pressed as whole bunches and the wine ferments spontaneously in steel tanks. Fermentation is stopped by cooling the wine. The wine matures in steel tanks for 10 months. Residual sugar 51 g/l, acids 7 g/l.

Use: With aromatic seafood dishes.

Description: Aromatic scent with peach and ripe citrus. The semi-dry and light taste is floral, youthful and refreshed by a fruity acidity.

The story of the Weingut Weszel estate began as early as 1679, when the Summerer family started farming and winemaking in Langenlois. The know-how was passed from one generation to the next, developing towards the current style, where organic winemaking is supported by modern technology.
