A full-bodied, seductively dark and spicy Syrah from Washington's Yakima Valley.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are collected by hand and selected from the vineyard, which is bordered in the old way with birch. The stems of the bunches are removed and the grapes ferment in small steel containers. The wine matures in French oak barrels, 35% of which are new, 35% two years old, and 30% completely neutral. The lees are stirred for the first three months, and the wine is allowed to mature for about 18 months.

Use: To accompany grilled steak and meat stews.

Description: Smells of dark fruit and dark chocolate. The taste is dense and rich, the tannins are juicy ripe and the taste is long.
