0.6 hectares of richly flavored palsta albariño.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The vines are located on fertile granite and sandy soil on a south-facing 0.6 hectare plot 50 meters above sea level. The vines were planted in 1965 and 1200 of them grow per hectare. No chemicals are used in the care of the shelter and it is partly managed with biodynamic methods. The grapes are selected and picked by hand, the stems are separated, and the grapes are pressed gently. The wine ferments spontaneously in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation is not allowed. The wine matures for 18 months on fine lees without bâtonnage.
Use: With mussels cooked in white wine.
Description: Fresh aroma with apple, citrus fruits and honey. Dry and richly creamy mouthfeel, which is balanced by rich acidity. Sophisticated, powerful and long wine that withstands aging.
