Spicy and approachable cool climate shiraz.

Terroir, production method and maturation: The grapes are picked manually and mechanically. Spontaneous fermentation in open containers for 10 days. The wine matures for 11 months in French oak barrels before bottling.

Use: As a companion to grilled chicken legs seasoned with herbs.

Description: The aromatic scent is full of ripe plum and a little spiciness. The medium-bodied taste is juicy fruity, the tannins are felt but silky, and you can sense dried herbs in the aftertaste.

Victoria's first vines were planted at Yering Station in the Yarra Valley in 1838. This cool climate area is particularly known for its aromatic and crisp pinot noirs, chardonnays and shiraz.
