Aromatic, herbal and fresh Sauvignon Blanc from the southern part of the North Island, from Martinborough.

Terroir, production method and maturation: Manual harvesting. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the freshness of the wine. A small part of the wine has been aged in French oak to give the taste a little roundness. No malolactic fermentation.

Use: Fish and shellfish dishes. Scallops and oysters go particularly well with wine.

Description: The scent has gooseberry, lemon, grapefruit and minerality. Dry, medium-bodied taste with citrus and gooseberries.

Julicher Estate

Julicher Estate

The Julicher Winery story began in 1996, when Wim Julicher and his wife Sue decided to buy 20 hectares of uncultivated land in Martinborough's Te Muna. The land is located in the Wairarapa region, in the southeast corner of New Zealand's North Island, about an hour's drive from Wellington, the country's capital.
