Grappa made from red grape varieties from the Roero area, owned by the producer for his father.

Production method and maturation: The grape pulp of different red varieties from the Roero area is brought to the Marolo estate 24–48 hours after pressing. Distillation is done in copper stills. The dishes are double-bottomed water bath pans that work with the single distillation method. Aging in small oak barrels.



The Marolo family distillery saw the light of day in 1977 in Alba, Piedmont. The distillery's high quality and prestigious status can largely be attributed to Paolo Marolo, who already at a young age wanted to show that enjoyable grappas can be made from a traditional and very rustic drink.
