A mixture of local and international varieties aged in oak barrels.

Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are selected and picked by hand from vineyards covering 10 hectares, located at an altitude of 120 meters in the village of Felanitx. The soil is calcareous clay. The wine ages in steel tanks at 20-28°C for about 15 days. 40% of the wine matures in 3000-liter, 30% in 225-liter second-use and 30% in 225-liter first-use French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine label was designed by Los Angeles-based artist Gary Baseman.

Use: With grilled flank steak and a fresh green salad.

Description: The dark scent has ripe red and dark fruits, blackberry and some aromatics. The medium-bodied taste is deep, the tannins are ripe but noticeable, and the whole is refreshed and balanced by the acidity.

In August 2006, enologist Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero founded 4Kilos Vinícola, and in September the friends made their first wine in milk tanks in their friend's garage. For next year's harvest, together with Apolónia Viticultors, the friends converted the old sheep barn of Francesci's parents into a small winery, and since then wines have been made using artisanal methods in the southeast of Mallorca, on the outskirts of the town of Felanitx.
