Refined and delicate young Riesling.
Terroir, method of preparation and maturation: The grapes are harvested by hand in the village of Bockenau, where the soil consists of Devonian blue slate and volcanic rock. More than half of the grapes are collected from young vines under the age of 15 in the Grosse Lage orchards. The wine ferments spontaneously in steel tanks. Residual sugar 6.8 g/l, acids 8.4 g/l.
Usage: As an aperitif or with whitefish crudo.
Description: The fruity scent has a touch of floweriness and youthful grapefruitiness. The dry taste is light and elegant, the acidity is high and refreshing and the whole is very classic.
