A mixture of several varieties from southern Ukraine.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The grapes are collected by hand from orchards managed with organic methods, the soil of which is red clay and sand. Each variety ferments and matures separately in oak barrels before blending. Tempranillo grapes are allowed to dry a little before using them. Oak aging takes a total of 9 months.
Use: As a partner for lamb buns and lingonberry jam.
Description: The multidimensional scent is ripe fruity, sweet spicy and deep. The medium-bodied taste is soft in tannins, dense in fruitiness and overall well balanced.
