Juicy fruity and unoaked red wine from southern Portugal.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The harvest was carried out later than normal, but quickly. The grapes are collected from clay soil, the subsoil of which is limestone. The grapes are de-stemmed before crushing. The wine ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and matures on fine lees.
Use: Versatile red wine to accompany light meat dishes, such as pork tenderloin.
Description: Intense and berry scent. Vibrant medium-bodied fruitiness and fresh acidity, as well as noticeable tannins.
