The farm's number one wine - a true collector's rarity!

Terroir, method of preparation and ripening: The grapes are harvested from five rows of vines in the farm's Leongatha South vineyard, with a planting density of 9000 vines per hectare. After removing the stems, the wine ferments spontaneously and macerates for a couple of weeks in open tanks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation takes place in new French Allier oak barrels for 20 months. The wine is not clarified or filtered.

Use: As a companion to roast pigeon.

Description: The scent is intense, deep, giving. Red fruitiness, oak spiciness and leather can be distinguished from it. The medium-bodied taste is mouth-fillingly fruity, spicy and finely tannic. Perceptible acidity and dense taste continue indefinitely.

Victoria's Gippsland is known for its maritime and cool climate. There are only about 200 hectares of vineyards in the area, but the area has impressed many wine lovers by producing particularly expressive wines.
