Wild nature's gift for wine lovers! A wine made from extremely small Garancha Blanca grapes with short skin contact.
Terroir, production method and ripening: The vines grow on dry barren soil near the desert of Las Bardenas Reales. Biodiversity is, however, rich in relation to the conditions, and almond, olive and apricot trees, as well as bush plants that can withstand the conditions, have been planted between the vines. Because of the frost, the grapes produced by the vines are very small and intense. The wine is made from start to finish using organic methods. The grapes are collected by hand, after which they are placed with their skins in old cement tanks. The skins are removed manually after 5 days and the wine continues to ferment spontaneously for two weeks without temperature control. The wine matures for 6 months in clay amphorae on the lees, and is not clarified or filtered before bottling. A small amount of sulfur dioxide is added during bottling.
Use: With fried pork chop and steamed thicket.
Description: The scent has light fruits and marzipan. Dry and rich taste, where contact with the skin brings a refreshing texture.
